SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. In the case of bad weather, launch days, logistics issues, etc - your package may be delayed 1-2 days. Note that we are working as fast as we can.

We offer the cheapest price for first class shipping only. This will vary between Domestic and Internationally as well as weight. Know that we are working hard to find the best price for you.

If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs.As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Twenty Active does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Twenty Active will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. Twenty Active is also not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Please contact USPS using your tracking number.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Twenty Active is not responsible for paying shipping on return items. We allow 14 days after your package arrives to value a full return. In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund (valid only 90 days after receiving your product). In the rare event that you do receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to hello@twentyactive.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund when we receive the return. Please note that Twenty Active has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided. 

 

Returns will only be accepted where the items are:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked

  • In the original condition and packagin


How do I return my order?

 

To make a return, please follow the below steps:

  • Send your confirmation #, first and last name on the order, as well as shipping address

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your new shipping label

  • Send back your unworn clean product 

  • Allow 7-10 business days to receive your full refund

 

How do I do an exchange?

 

To make an exchange for a different size and/or color, please follow the below steps:

  • Email hello@twentyactive.com

  • Send your confirmation #, first and last name on the order, as well as shipping address

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your new shipping label

  • Send back your unworn clean product 

  • Once the product is received, you will be issued a gift card of the full value of the product exchanged from your previous order
